HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?
We send out orders via Royal Mail First Class. If you would like your goods sent by a signed for service please email us on hello@jotpaperco.com before you checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship to the UK. We’re looking into options to ship further afield, so watch this space!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days and we'll let you know when your order has been dispatched. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We hope you love your Jot Paper Co. order. However, if you're not happy with your order, please contact us hello@jotpaperco.com to arrange a return and a refund. This should be done within 14 days of receiving your order and items will need to be unused and in their original packaging. 

WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Square Space. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway.
